I’m a life coach and parenting coach with a strong background in the humanities, a rich professional journey, and a deeply human approach.
With a degree in languages, over twenty years of experience as a teacher and a background as an entrepreneur, I’ve always worked with—and for—the people, placing listening, growth, and the possibility of change at the heart of everything I do.
I know what it means to juggle a thousand roles and, at times, lose touch with yourself. That’s why today I support people in finding their way back.
I believe we all have extraordinary resources within us—sometimes all it takes is a safe space and a different perspective to reconnect with them.
